Warranty Policies

At IHRAYA, we stand by the craftsmanship of our silver jewelry. Each piece is thoughtfully created to last, and we want you to wear it with confidence. That’s why we offer a 6-month limited warranty covering stone setting and natural shine retention on all IHRAYA pieces.

What’s Covered Under Warranty

  • Loose or dislodged stones (not caused by impact or mishandling)
  • Loss of natural silver shine or surface dullness (not caused by chemical exposure or improper care)

We will repair, re-polish, or reset the piece at no additional cost if the issue is covered and within the warranty period.

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage from drops, pressure, scratches, or mishandling
  • Stone loss due to external force or chemical exposure (e.g., perfumes, chlorine, or cleaning agents)
  • Wear and tear beyond shine loss (e.g., dents, bends, deep scratches)
  • Repairs or modifications by third parties
  • Custom or modified pieces

Warranty Process

  • Email us at ihraya.connect@gmail.com with photos and a brief description of the issue.
  • Once verified, we will confirm warranty eligibility and share the return shipping address.
  • Customers must securely package and ship the item to our workshop.
  • After inspection, our team will begin repairs.
  • The repaired item will be shipped back to you at no extra charge.

Care Tip for Longer Shine

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, avoid contact with harsh chemicals, cosmetics, and water. When not in use, store your piece in its original packaging. A little care goes a long way.
