At IHRAYA, your order is not just a package — it’s a piece of craftsmanship.
We’re committed to delivering it with the same care and attention we put into creating it. Below is everything you need to know:
Shipping Coverage & Charges
We offer FREE PAN-INDIA SHIPPING, except for remote or ineligible serviceable areas (as defined by our logistics partners).
If your pin code is non-serviceable, we will connect with you to find the best alternative shipping solution.
Processing and Dispatch
- Orders placed from Monday to Friday (before 10:30 AM IST) are typically processed and dispatched the next business day.
- Weekend and holiday orders are processed and shipped two business days later.
- Prepaid orders are given priority and may be dispatched sooner.
Custom & Personalized Orders
- Once your custom order is confirmed, it enters our production queue the next business day.
- Our artisans require 10–15 days to carefully handcraft and finish your custom piece.
- Shipping timelines after dispatch will be the same as for standard orders.
Throughout the process, we will keep you updated via WhatsApp or email to ensure full transparency.
Delivery Timelines
From the date of dispatch (within India only):
- Tier 1 Cities: 1–5 working days
- Tier 2 Cities: 5–7 working days
- Tier 3 & Remote Areas: 7–10 working days
These timelines are indicative and may vary slightly based on the exact delivery address.
Important Notes
- Unforeseen Delays: We partner with reputed courier services to ensure timely deliveries. However, unforeseen delays due to weather, strikes, or logistical challenges may occur.
- Public Holidays & Campaign Peaks: Processing and deliveries are paused on public holidays and during peak festival seasons. We recommend placing time-sensitive orders early.
- Last Delivery Cut-Offs: For festive launches or special campaigns, we will clearly communicate order cut-off dates for guaranteed on-time delivery.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address, pin code, and contact details while placing the order. IHRAYA cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.
- Non-Delivery Scenarios: If a delivery is refused, unreachable, or undelivered due to customer unavailability, a re-attempt may attract additional shipping fees. We will coordinate with you in such cases.
