At IHRAYA, your satisfaction is our signature. We want every piece you receive to feel just right. However, if something doesn't, our return and refund policy ensures your experience remains as smooth and respectful as our craftsmanship.

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required to initiate a return.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at ihraya.connect@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you will receive the return shipping address and packaging instructions.
  • Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 7 business days of approval.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Share clear photos via email to help us verify the issue.
  • Once confirmed, we'll offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
  • To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
  • Exchange requests follow the same approval and return timeline as regular returns.

Important Notes

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • IHRAYA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in transit due to improper packaging by the customer.
  • Items bought during promotional sales or discount campaigns are not eligible for return.
